Both include a short four-minute induction, followed by just ambient music for 30 minutes, allowing time to just relax and create your own meditation experience. Also, these experiences are perfect for health practitioners to use at bedside to provide relaxation for the patient while they perform medical treatments. Research is proving this type of relaxation can be a powerful distraction for the patient during painful procedures such as changing dressings for severe burns and debridement of wounds or infections.
